Anouvong is now officially on sale for 3-night “Golden Triangle Traverse” and 7- to 9-night “Laotian Serendipity” journeys. Heritage Line’s premier luxury cruiser in Laos will have its maiden voyage on 29 September, 2020.

Anouvong winds and meanders from the mysterious Golden Triangle at the Thai-Lao border in the northwest, through the ancient city of Luang Prabang and continuing down to the capital of Laos, Vientiane. The Laotian Mekong is a stream sprawling with untouched nature, remarkable sceneries, remote villages and local life, all carrying a breath of deep spiritual air.

Heritage Line, as the leading boutique luxury cruise line in Southeast Asia and a renown collector of extraordinary vessels, invites guests from all over the world to explore this fascinating waterway aboard our new vessel. Anouvong pays tribute to its namesake, the last Laotian king, and will be the first top-notch, off-shore accommodation available plying the upper Mekong. The ship flawlessly blends traditional Laos design with French-colonial elegance.

Two spectacular voyages are offered along one of Asia’s most peaceful waterways:

3 Nights
Golden Triangle Traverse
Luang Prabang to Huay Xai (or vice versa)

Enjoy four days exploring scenic riverscapes, ancient Buddhist holy sites and the rich culture and heritage of Laos on this short voyage from the Thai-Lao border to the captivating town of Luang Prabang, designated a cultural UNESCO World Heritage site. Highlights on this voyage include Pakbeng’s elephant sanctuary, the scenic and spiritual Pak Ou cave, and experiencing the culture and genuine friendliness of local riverside villages.

Laotian Serendipity
