Adjacent to the Kipling’s Bar on the terrace deck is Anawrahta’s Hintha Hall restaurant, a remarkable place where guests are in for a treat. White tablecloths, shining glassware and gracefully wooden ceiling panels, all of these elements combine harmoniously to create a smoothing atmosphere for an elegant dining experience.

Recently, in July, Anawrahta’s executive chef & team did a special training provided by the famous Swiss Michelin Star chef Felix Eppisser. Felix had a long and brilliant international career in the world of fine dining before he settled in Myanmar. He opened his own restaurant named SEEDS in Yangon which receives honors and admiration from all across Southeast Asia. At SEEDS Felix merges in an exceptional way western flavours with the particularities of the Burmese cuisine.

For three weeks our kitchen team had the pleasure to work side by side with Felix Eppisser and learn new technics on how to incorporate innovative and scrumptious elements to Anawrahta’s dining experience, ranging from simple but very delicious fresh, home-made bread to more refined and complex French cuisine and delights.
