Heritage Line would like to announce that from 01 September 2019, our Lan Ha Bay embarkation/dis-embarkation point will be relocating from Got Pier on Cat Hai Island (near Haiphong) to the Tuan Chau Island Marina (near Halong City).

By moving our embarkation point, we aim to enhance the overall experience for our guests, including transportation to the pier as well as making their waiting time before embarkation as relaxing as possible. The far superior infrastructure of the Tuan Chau Marina, with its highway access, improved streets, structure of the marina itself and, above all, our large and comfortable welcome lounge, are beneficial aspects of this relocation. Transfer times from Hanoi to the pier are just an additional 20 minutes versus Got Pier (which has recently become a bottle neck due to very small streets and traffic jams).

From the 1st of September, 2019 daily “Hidden Worlds” journeys (Heritage Line Ginger) and “Senses of Lan Ha” cruises (Heritage Line Ylang, departing every second day) will embark and disembark from our booth at the Tuan Chau Marina. Both of our Lan Ha Bay vessels are moored “mid-bay”, and guests will be taken on a very short transfer via our modern speedboats to the vessel and back. Luggage will be taken care of by Heritage Line staff upon arrival at the pier and delivered to guests’ suites upon embarkation.
