Heritage Line is very happy to welcome Mr. Sim Kuo Sheng as new Executive Chef on board the Jayavarman.


He comes originally from Singapore and with more than ten years’ experience in restaurants in Japan, Thailand and Cambodia Chef Andy specializes in all international tastes and flavors ranging from an amazing local Asian dish to finest French or fusion dining. Generally a cool guy behind the stove, Chef Andy turned to be excited about his new workplace: “I used to be a Chef for various restaurants on the ground but this is my first time to work in a floating kitchen with a bull’s eye view on a river and my guests – that’s pretty cool”.
We are very looking forward to his creations and culinary highlights to be served in buffet or menu style in the Jayavarman’s Indochine Dining Hall.
