Health & Safety Onboard
Passenger and crew well-being is our mission when cruising post-COVID-19. Please read more about our on-board and on-shore protocols in our Health & Safety Measures.
Vietnam: You can obtain a Vietnam Visa at the Vietnamese embassy in your home country or apply for a 30-day Vietnam E-visa online (if applicable for your nationality). Both visas are valid for river border crossing into Vietnam (from Cambodia, please indicate the correct port of immigration: Song Tien Landport). The pre-pandemic Visa-waiver program has been re-instated for applicable countries only.
Cambodia: E-visas are NOT acceptable for the waterway border crossing from Vietnam to Cambodia. Heritage Line can arrange Cambodian Visa onboard for all passengers cruising from Vietnam to Cambodia (single entry, 1 month, 40 USD per person).
Laos: Travelers from most countries can apply online for a Laos eVisa, which is valid for entry at Vientiane and Luang Prabang International Airports as well as select land crossings. However, those entering Laos via the Chiang Khong (Thailand)/Huay Xai (Laos) land crossing will need to obtain a Laos visa-on-arrival.
