The portfolio comprises more than 40 optional add-on experiences, spanning both onboard and onshore activities. On-Board — Refined Life Afloat
The onboard add-ons focus on intimate, culinary moments and personal touches to mark a special moment, be it a honeymoon, an anniversary, or a quiet celebration. Available exclusively on ‘Violet’ in Bai Tu Long Bay and ‘The Jahan’ on the Lower Mekong, private dining sets individuals, couples, and small groups multi-course meals against the breathtaking scenery. The culinary collection includes a selection of food and beverage offerings available outside regular dining hours, ranging from tastings of local delicacies and seasonal produce paired with sparkling wine to private afternoon tea served in-suite. To mark a special occasion, the onboard team can also arrange customised setups—floral arrangements, in-suite decorations, and other personalised touches coordinated to the moment.
On Shore — Deeper Destination Experiences
Ashore, Heritage Line has broadened its collection of shore-based experiences across several destinations along the Mekong and Northern Vietnam. Available in Luang Prabang, Phom Penh, Siem Reap, and Hanoi, these activities carry guests past the standard itinerary and into local life, exploring the cultural, historical, and culinary character that defines each destination.
In Luang Prabang, guests explore both the cultural heritage and the countryside of the UNESCO-listed town through private monk encounters, picnics at Kuang Si Waterfall, guided culinary explorations at local markets, and expert-led walks that examine the city’s architectural and historical significance. Phnom Penh excursions open a broader perspective on Cambodia’s capital, from its bustling markets and Khmer culinary programmes to a journey to the former royal capital of Oudong. In Siem Reap, the focus turns to local artist studios and food-led experiences that highlight the region’s culinary traditions and breakfast culture.
